The brainchild of Jae Park & Brian Kim of DOMODOMO fame, BRBQ includes a vibrant cafe and lounge serving both brunch and dinner. The aromatic, wood-fired grill at the bar entices guests to observe their meals being prepared, adding a captivating element to the dining experience. BRBQ’s menu boasts dishes with a touch of fire and Asian influence, such as the delectable galbi steak and mochi waffles. The laid back and modern design of BRBQ celebrates the fusion of Korean and American culture. Complete with warm, wood accents BRBQ also includes design concepts and art inspired by Dan Flavin’s fluorescent lights that emit energizing vibes to the greater dining area.
