Parking
We unfortunately do not have parking at Jersey City Urby. However, there are plenty of garages and parking lots within walking distance of the building that we can point you to.
Deposit
To ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our units, we require a $500 security deposit upon booking. Security deposits will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
Pets
Our units are pet friendly. We require all guests who are bringing pets to sign a pet waiver prior to arrival. Pets are subject to a $150 fee per pet, per stay.
Cancellation
